I had been suffering with lower body nerve pain for over 1 year. I tried everything that was suggested to me to manage the pain. Although I found some relief, the pain always returned. After an extensive examination, Dr. Vanni proposed a less invasive surgical procedure than spinal fusion and after doing some research, I decided to go ahead. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Dr. Steven Nanni and his surgical coordinator Ashley truly deserve it. From the very first interaction, I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Vanni didn’t just rush in and out he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and made sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with the plan. Not the doctors fault but you can never reach anyone on the phone it will just ring and ring ring and ring for at least 5 minutes then just hangs up ridiculous better start showing up in person if you need your authorizations
