The doctor is very kind and clearly excellent at what he does. Unfortunately, my experience with the nurse or phone receptionist was not as positive. I was spoken to in a condescending manner for not knowing that payments could be made through an HSA portal, and her reaction made me feel as though this was something I should have already known. Additionally, even after I stated that I would be making a payment, she continued to repeatedly press the issue, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
DR Steven Valfer is wonderful. I delivered mybaby with him and everything went through very smoothly. This is the only doctorI can fully trust. Also office's nurse Lana is wonderful and very supportive with great sense of humor.
I have been coming to this practice for a very long time. Both Dr Valfer’s are very kind,, compassionate and competent physicians. They really care about their patients.
I was very concerned about an unusual gyne problem that started abruptly. From the first call to the office and my subsequent appointment everyone was kind, friendly and very professional.
I have been a patient of Dr. Valfer's for 40 years (Sheman's wife). I have a good rapport with the doctor. He listens to me and we can have a good conversation. He never hurries me and is pretty much on time with appointments. The office staff is pleasant.
