I was very concerned about an unusual gyne problem that started abruptly. From the first call to the office and my subsequent appointment everyone was kind, friendly and very professional.
I have been a patient of Dr. Valfer's for 40 years (Sheman's wife). I have a good rapport with the doctor. He listens to me and we can have a good conversation. He never hurries me and is pretty much on time with appointments. The office staff is pleasant.
Professional, caring, good listener, fantastic staff and clean! Everything is onsite, no waiting for hospital appts to open, clear and open communication. Great parking, and easy access.
