As I was leaving from having an Ehlers Danlos Syndrome related shoulder dislocation looked at, the doctor was discussing either myself or another female patient with a nurse and accused said female of drug seeking behavior and said, "'Tis the season." Dr. Seuss needs to retire and pack it up. He should not be treating patients and especially not young patients. His bedside manner was completely unacceptable. He’s pompous and cold. He made comments to both me and my child that were not professional. He insulted the mask I was wearing. He insinuated that we’re “part of the problem” by sending our child to school. My experience is almost identical to the other reviewer's. Dr Suess was erratic and hard to follow, yelled in my face and told me I was "obsessed" with getting a COVID test when I simply asked a question to confirm. He got my symptoms mixed up, lied on the write up of my visit, and told me my fever, nausea and vomiting were probably due to migraines because "a lot of girls have trouble with that." DO NOT allow Steven Suess to tend to your children. He was incompetent, didn’t listen, misdiagnosed, provided unnecessary meds, rude, arrogant. He could have seriously hurt our child. Thank god we took her to the Cleveland Clinic immediately afterwards. I’ve filed a formal complaint and will verify if his records are up to date. AVOID this man at all cost!!!
