Completly destroyed my life. At 27 years old, no criminal history. I saw him to get back on stimulant medication to treat my ADHD. Something I had been taking for years with no problems. I told him in writing and in person about my abusive parents. He would not prescribe the meds unless I had my abusive parents come in to an appointment with me. Instead prescribes a bunch of other meds I didnt want or need. Destroyed my life for no reason. I live in constant pain and internal torment now.
