I was very excited to go see Dr Steven because he’s always done a very good job but I call today and the young lady answer. I try to be friendly respectful and she was trying to rush me so I asked her you could be a little nicer. she apologize, but she messed up. I know the procedure that I needed to have is expensive. I was willing to pay cause I do not have insurance, but I will never go there again because of her.
