Dr. Spencer has been my primary caretaker for 20+ years. He is one of 9 doctors I see on a regular basis and, if he were not top notch, I wouldn't be seeing him. Over the years, I have found some members of his staff grossly incompetent, but Dr. Spencer has always done very well by me.
I have had delays getting my medications adhering to the protocol. This is not acceptable. Dr. Spencer needs a new medical assistant.
I have been going to Dr. Spencer for the last 10+ years. His staff have always gotten me in to see him really fast and they are very nice and answer all my questions. I have had appointments with his other colleagues in his practice over the years and find them very caring and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Spencer for being my physician of choice.
My family and I have used the services of Dr. Spencer and his staff for more than 15 years. His medical services have always been accurate and on the mark in diagnosing and solving medical issues. We more than highly recommend him.
By far the most unprofessional doctors and receptionist I have come across. Even went in rotation with a couple doctors at the office, HORRIBLE. Ready to throw you medicine and send you on your way. Discussion and communication sucks . Their assistants are even worse, They must keep their phone line system to go straight to voicemail because I called 30 times in one day. No exaggeration. Nothing. Highly unprofessional but I guess all doctors and offices can't be good huh
