Dr Smith has done two total hip replacements for me. The first was 1999. It could not have gone better. Dr. Smith is absolutely great.
They barely gave me any information at all about my aircast. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me...especially the attending "nurse'. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The charges for my aircast was outrageous according to the manufacturer's website. They "forgot" to bill my insurance. The docor would not return my phone call.
