I have been coming to see Dr. Segal for a couple of years now. I find his staff to be professional and friendly, trying to get me in and out if I am in a hurry but careful to make sure I get the medical attention that I need. Some days are busier than others. No different than other doctors I've seen. I wish the waiting room was bigger and the check-in receptionist area as well. I like Dr. Segal. He is a good man.
Happy to report that Dr. Segal's office has made some changes to how they are operating and has righted the issues that we were so frustrated with. Despite the fact that we have now changed providers, we were pleased with their diligence and attention to feedback.
