Compassionate person, and listens to what is going on with you.
This was a follow up visit for a surgery Dr. Sands did to correct a previous surgery that was not done correctly. Thanks to Dr. Sands I will be walking on my own soon.
Office staff is unprofessional. I waited 2.5 hours on initial visit for 10 minutes with the doctor. I had an MRI and a week later I still have not heard any results.

Dr. Sands himself was a fine doctor, but when I had a concern and tried calling his office I got sent to voicemail every time and no matter how many messages I left I never recieved a returned call. Ever. I finally called my own doctor and spoke with her nurse about my concerns. Additionally, the cast that was put on had a very sharp spot in one area that we had to put bandages over so it didn't cut into my child's hand.
Two visits. Two hour wait both times. Saw his PA and another person for a few minutes each (BP, heart rate, X-Rays, etc.). Spent maybe three or four minutes with Dr. Sands both times. The second time, the first thing he did was ask me to walk in his private waiting room (10X10). Before my second step he said I look great. Had me push my knees against his pressure (I'm 78 and had a fractured pelvis) and then patted me on the knee and walked me toward the door telling me how great I look.
