They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've been going to Dr. Thomas for nearly 20 years. His office is somewhat far away but definitely worth the drive to Tucker from where I live in North Cobb. The staff makes an extra effort to get to know the patients and find out what they need. He always remembers me and makes me feel very important even if it has been a few years since I have come in with a problem. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need.
