Respectful treatment, clear explanations in person and by text, successful surgery, after care also respectful and instruction still explained clearly, no condescension.
Personnel were all knowledgeable and through. I have done well with their ongoing help. I very much appreciated the texts telling me what to expect during the healing process. I would do it all over again and recommend Dr. Hale.
I had R total knee replacement by Dr. Hale 7 weeks ago and highly satisfied with the results. Walking better and driving at 3rd week post surgery w/ increasing confidence. Kudos also to his staff Sarah Morris, Ashley Nix, Sheena Sullivan , Marc Hebert and the rest of the team . I was educated what to expect before and after surgery and there was no pressure that am supposed to do it soon.
