Dr. Hale is great. He is not rushed, gives you options and is available for any issues. Highly recommend him.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Hale and his skillful, resourceful mindset. He is a knowledgeable surgeon and a true professional that takes the time to really listen to his patients; that is the upmost importance to me. Dr Hale and his staff did a wonderful job replacing both knees within 3 months of each other! We are 9 months out of right knee snd 6 months of left, bone on bone pain FREE!! Highly recommend Dr Hale and his staff!!
Dr. Hale, I saw him maybe a total of 3 times lol, usually saw Mr. Hinton and Ms. Sarah and they are the BEST. Never waited long to see Mr. Hinton, my wait came with the supplies office (where you get your braces, crutches,... that kind of item). For me, Dr. Hale gave me a blessing (new knee) and I am walking without pain now. I encourage anyone having trouble to see Dr. Hale and his team, you will be treated with respect, professionalism, and kindness. Will be going back for the other knee when it's ready.
Prior to my visit, I called in for an appointment. He said he would do a work comp case. After arriving they did x rays then I sat in a exam room waiting for Dr. Hale to come in. Finally a spokesperson walked in and told me he didn't do work comp cases after initially saying he would .He didn't have the compassion to help me with my injury. This is an unacceptable practice. Dr Hale is a very competent and skilled surgeon. His after surgery care is excellent. His staff are most helpful and friendly. It took about 20 sutures to close my incision and 2 years later the scar is barely visible. He is that good.
