Enjoyed the professionalism and hospitality I received from pre-op to post-op. The follow up texts were so helpful and encouraging. For having a full hip replacement, it was the informative texts that made my experience less stressful. I will recommend Dr. Hale and his team for performing an excellent job.

I had a full knee replacement surgery done on 7/15/26 by Doctor Hale and his team. His office team is easy to reach and very helpful. The day at the JRC was a positive experience from the front desk to the exit where they wheeled you out to go home. The nurses that took care of pre and post op were amazing. The surgery room looked to me like it had all the latest equipment possible. I would definitely stay in Lake Charles if I needed any further procedure. I really like the text a friend with a question that’s available.
I was nervous about my knee replacement surgery but Dr. Hale and his team prepared me in advance on what to expect including a detailed recovery plan. The surgery, recovery and weekly coaching texts far exceeded my expectations! Thank you for the great care and ongoing support.
