I had a very disappointing experience with Steven Rinaldi. He arrived at the property well before the scheduled appointment time. When I asked him to confirm that the agreed-upon time was later, he acknowledged that it was. When I then asked why he had shown up early despite knowing the scheduled time, his response was simply, "I don't care." His attitude immediately became hostile and unprofessional.
