Dr. Ralles was terrific- listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything patiently, treating me like an intelligent human. He did an excellent job with my surgery and I have had an excellent outcome. He and the team followed up to make sure my immediate recovery and pain management was going well. He himself called after my surgery to make sure I was OK. I can’t say enough good things about him, West Health Surgery Center, and his whole team.
He explained everything so that I understand what he is talking about.
Dr. Ralles is a GREAT physician! He listens and cares, he's incredibly kind and will help you, he cares about his patients very much! I'm eternally grateful that he was there when I needed him to help me! He literally saved my life, I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for him and his wonderful Physicians Assistant, Matthew, they're an incredible team!
I saw him todayforthe first time For bad hip pain.and he was so kind andpaidattention to meand looked at me the whole time. Such a great guy I see so many doctors and they all just seemso annoyed. He didn't seem like that at all. He seemed like he really enjoyed his job and wanted to help And gave me multiple solutions, which I appreciated. So I can choose the one that's gonna work the best for me.
