My husband has had this doctor for 3 years. We have never had a problem reaching out and getting a response back in a timely manner. The office is very helpful and responsive to my husband's needs.
This office never answer the phone I been calling for 3 weeks straight smh
My brothers Home care nurse and I have literally been trying to get My Dr. to respond for 3 months and no one will return even my calls. I went into the office and was told the Dr. has my file and will send very important info. Promptly. It never happened. This office was doing much better last year. I don’t suggest anyone use this office of they Truly need a Dr. to respond in a timely manner! It’s ridiculous I’m calling the medical insurance board.
