I didn’t feel rushed, Dr Gecha answered all my questions. I am confident we are on the proper path to my recovery.
Dr. Gecha is thorough, thoughtful, and communicative, and I have a very clear short term plan. I am very much a part of this process.
My visit today was to evaluate whether I needed a knee replacement. I have been seeing Dr. Gecha for a longtime. He has treated me for issues on both knees. I think very highly him and would and do recommend him to my family and friends. I have been extremely pleased with this group and always recommend them. The only disappointment today was that he will not be doing my knee replacement lol. But I am confident in his recommendation.

Everyone at Princeton Orthopidic is fantastic
Dr Gecha has impressive credentials and provides detailed explanations. However, he strongly recommended surgery for my knee osteoarthritis and torn meniscus. I did research and learned that this surgery increases the need for a total knee replacement in the future and it can be debilitating. I got a second opinion elsewhere and more physical therapy was the recommended approach. It is a year later and my knee feels great with No Surgery.
Dr. Gecha has been tremendous.

Thorough exam and xray ability right in the office. Explained everything. Offered conservative approach or further tests at my option. Very satisfied with his expertise and ability to explain to a lay person
