I’ve been going to Dr. Proper for years. With his training and expertise, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Horrible experience! Dr. Proper’s MOH’s procedure is disfiguring without regard for the patient at all. He never explains anything- just treats the cancer (not the patient). No privacy at all since everyone sits in the “corral”, waiting for their name to be called out (HIPAA violation, but he doesn’t care?) Cattle call type of practitioner with zero bedside manner. >20+ patients for surgery at same time in waiting room. Does not run anywhere near his schedule. Does not give any preop instructions. DR. Steven Proper, M.D., who specializes in surgical removal of skin cancers and abnormal skin growths, removed a suspicious growing lesion on my lower eyelid. The end result was outstanding; no scarring; and I am happy with the procedure and care he provided me.
