Two years' ago, after doing internet research, I picked up the phone and made my first appointment with Dr. Steven Poertner. He has proven himself to be a caring, and good listener. I never feel rushed during my visit. I have the utmost confidence in his expertise and knowledge. I'm glad I made that phone call.
Great office staff and a great physician! Dr. Poertner takes his time with his patients during appointments and really hears and and listens to your concerns.
Really nice experience, went in for an annual physical and was a bit anxious. Office staff is great his M A is awesome and Dr is really good. Thankful I found him. 10/10/2026 It's been two years now since the first visit and everything could not be better. It's a joy to visit the doctor now.
Dr. Poertner as well as his staff, Jennifer Menor are attentive, professional, caring individuals who take the time to speak with you about any health concerns you may have and work diligently to address and solve any concerns. I am truly thankful i have he and his staff as my primary care physician.
Great to have a doctor who will take time to sit with the patient, listen to any concerns, and have a candid conversation about general health trends and topics. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
