I tried 3 times to see Stephen in a 1 week period, the first time I went to see him they had a cancellation, it was offered to me so I took it. When I got to the office the lady that offered it to me didn't put me in the schedule so I wasn't seen. The lady that came to tell me I couldn't be seen was rude, she acted like I was lying even though I could provide very specific information about Dr. Burnham.
