Steve is an excellent and knowledgeable real estate agent. He found us the perfect home in City Terrace and didn’t pressure us to buy. He always explains each property's good / bad attributes, is clear and patient. I appreciate that he picks up the phone when called and replied in a reasonable amount of time when questions arose. Our experience with Steven Pasillas as our realtor has been amazing to say the least. It was through him that me and my family were able to buy our first house! Every weekend for about a couple of months Steven would drive us around to see potential houses and explained circumstances and issues in great detail. Steven was GREAT! We saw over 50 house with him. Made at least, if not more, than 40 offers. Went to view houses in 100+ degree heat, smoke from the California fires, a pandemic, rude agents representing other sellers, and he handled it all with absolute style and grace, and always made sure we were taken care of. Can't recommend him enough! If you are looking to buy a house, Steven is the guy for the job! He will take care of you!
