Wouldn't recommend Steven if you needed to sell a used computer chair. Gives off deceptive vibes. Hopefully he fixes his character in the future.
We want to file complaints against Steven Pogan with all possible structures. I wouldn't recommend having anything to do with him if you want to save your money and nerves. He recommended submitting an offer above the price of a house that has been on sale for a long time and buyers refuse the deal, which was a mistake. He forced us to change our offer every day to suit the interests of the seller, although we initially signed a bilateral agreement that suited us to solve problems at home. They must clean up reviews because my review was now under different place. Review is for Steven Pagan Realtor- Agent was recommended as specializing in selling equestrian properties. Ultimately went with him because he was laid back as far as not having to leave home for home viewings as husband was ill. Property sold quickly but most homes were selling quickly. He was also to assist in finding property to buy. Houses were selling quickly, and they would often be under contract before they could be seen. However, he did not... read more
The guy is a joke I don't think it's possible for him to do less. His go to excuse is he blames the sellers for the lapse in basically anything in the end he'll say here you call the seller which I did and was able to get things going needless to say we're filing because with very little research I found others with the same experience
