I can’t say enough about Steve. He’s a fantastic realtor! He walks you through the process step by step. Steve connected me with knowledgeable people as well (inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc ). He placed the right people around me and would 1000 percent (that extra zero is intentional) recommend Steve as your realtor. If you need information, he's on it, and readily works to provide it immediately if it's something new. I have just purchased a condo with the help of Steve. I don't think I can find any other real estate agent better than him. Unlike a lot of agents, Steve never rushed me to make a decision or tried to talk me into a property just for closing a sale. He always gave me his honest opinions and pointed out the pros and cons of a property. I always knew that my interest is being protected.
