They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. He works for the insurance industry. He makes loads of money writing reports that claim people are not injured. These reports allow for insurance companies to deny claims, and defend against claims. He, in this way, hurts people.

Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.
