Steve made the sale of our home easy and financially very successful. We met with Steve to review the house and sale options. He listened carefully to our preferences and made recommendations for how to proceed with the sale. He used his experience to contact multiple potential buyers. He quickly found buyers that were interested but with different purchase price/terms. Steve was recommended to me by a friend at just the right time in the process of selling our condo.
