My wife was having a stroke and this doctor did a brief FAST assessment. Because she was having a headache and vomiting he sent her home with a diagnosis of "stomach virus" without treating her extreme hypertension and stroke symptoms. No other stoke tests were ran. 6 hours. She's now paralyzed. Don't trust. Will judge patients without listening. Bad outcomes. She's suffering now uselessly. 😢
I felt like this person did his job perfectly. He listened to my concerns and provided feedback. He also did more testing than I expected. When the test returned normal, he still showed concern and offered a referral to continue my search for answers. He had an excellent bedside manner.
Dr. Mugleston dismissed me without adequate questioning nor compassion. Zero beside manner. I recommend going to any other practice other than one in which he is employed.
Rude, inarticulate, unprofessional, discourteous, lacked the necessary skill or care to be helpful in any meaningful way.
Lacks compassion, unprofessional
