Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? Yes, they had everything for kids of all ages Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

I will not be recommending this pediatrician to any of our friends. I was disappointed at how long the wait was and how rude the receptionist was. The doctors were good, but not worth the wait. There are many other great doctors without the frustration of such long wait times with an appointment.
