I told him I thought it was worth $55 to $85000 He thought it was worth a lot more ,over $200000 I listed, it sold for more than 200K and I was able to buy another home for cash. He saved my life. Steve is the BEST! He takes time to listen! He knows his territory like no one else, after decades in real estate. He is his own broker, so there is less overhead. He had the best photo guy - with a high tech drone that took area photos, showing proximity to the ocean, etc. He had the best closing guy. Steve truly cares about people, and he gets the best deal possible for his customers. I have recommended him multiple times since our sale. Steve is the BEST!
