I had surgery 5/16/2017.Dr Matzinger and his Nurse Practitioner Kelly took care of me in best possible way. Right after surgery Dr M was right there to explain everything. Kelly came every morning and every afternoon /evening to check on me. My follow up care was excellent. I was always a able to contact them would always call him for any other surgery I may need

I came to Dr. Matzsinger as a NP with a growth on my thyroid. I was ref by my family doctor. was concerned and somewhat nervous. After reviewing my scan and ultrasound, he eased my concern with explaining in great detail that it is small and we should wait 6 months and do another ultrasound and re evaluate. I was impressed, most surgeons jump right into surgery as no matter what. He didn't. He did what was best for me. I still may have to later but that's ok. He answered all questions patiently.

DOCTOR MATSINGER SAVED THE LIFE OF MY WIFE. SHE WAS DEAD ON ARRIVAL WAS A STRAIGHT LINE HAD COMPLETELY BLED OUT FIVE PINTS OF BLOOD. SHE WAS BLEEDING FROM HER INTESTINES. HAD POCKETS AS BIG AS GOLF BALLS IN HER INTESTINES. BOTHLARGE AND SMALL. HE TOOK OUT ALL OF HER LARGE INTESTINE AND ABOUT TWO FOOT OF HER SMALL INTESTINE. JUST ENOUGH LEFT OF THE SMALL INTESTINE TO ABSORB SOME NUTRIENTS. 5PLUS HOURS AND 19 PINTS OF BLOOD THRU THE OPERATION. AFTER SURGERY SHE DID NOT WANT TO LIVE 2YRS NOW

Dr. matzinger performed carotid artery surgery on Me the end of August 2015. I have been traveling the past 4 months and was diagnosed with skin cancer ,the surgeon wanted to perform surgery in Indiana. I traveled 900 miles to come home and ask him to take care of me. I trust him with my life, Ron Pittman
Dr. Matzinger his was there when i need him he took very good care of me.i had a tumor removed and he explained ever step his nurse Lesley is exceptional
