My first-time visit to this office in Jan of 2025....Dr. Massad and his nurse were very congenial and helpful. However, the reception employees were sitting chatting amongst themselves. I've tried several times to call about my bill, but they never answer the phone nor return my calls. This is extremely frustrating, especially since seeing them chatting between receiving patients so their not answering the phone has more to do with social interaction than busy-ness.
