Dr. Passman told me I most likely was losing my hair due to alopecia. When I asked if I would lose all my hair he nonchalantly told me I probably would. He was extremely arrogant & had no compassion at all. As I sat in the examine room crying he handed me a tissue and told me I would still get a wink or two if I go bald. Then he left the room. I believe he was in there for a full 5 minutes. I would never set foot back in that office again!

My son has been a patient for 10 years. Dr Passman has gone out of his way to take care of his skin issues which are treatable but not curable. He is always willing to talk about it and try new medications if one is not working as well. He has always been very attentive and thorough and I recommend him to others.

I've been treated at this office for acne for 4 years. I've been seen mostly by the PA's and once by Dr. Passman. The PA's are very direct and to the point and quick to leave the room. But when I have questions they were thorough and provided the answers and solutions I needed. Making appointments and rescheduling is very easy. The staff is courteous and friendly. I wouldn't recommend if you have young children as they will need more time and comfort.

Dr Passman was rather arrogant, and pious, the office staff at check in were very rude, and short tempered. I asked a simple question and nearly got my head bit off! I will never go back. I would go to a veterinarian first!
