Very Positive for 20 years.
Saw Dr. Schneid when he was still in Cleveland Park. Incredibly dismissive and barely explained anything going on with my eyes to me. Insisted I did not have an astigmatism that I had been diagnosed with a year earlier, and that my prescription hadn't changed even though I could not see out of my glasses. Went to go get a second opinion and what do you know, I do have an astigmatism and my eyes did get worse! Thanks for nothing, Dr.(???) Schneid.
I decided to see Dr. Steven Lee Schneid because he is located in my neighborhood. But I won't be going back, I'd rather go out of my way to get better service. I made an appointment a week in advance and when I arrived, I had to wait at least 45 inutes to be seen. The contact lens and eyeglass exam only took 15 minutes tops.
