I'm reviewing their property at 5565 Hardy Ave Honestly, they're nice people, but the building I lived in was absolute trash. Trashy tenants who smoke cigarettes way too close to units (even downstairs in the parking garage) and leave their cigarette butts everywhere. The units are dated, things breaking down on a monthly basis, the plumbing is a nightmare and we've had to have a plumber out at least 15 times in the 3 years we've been here.
