Dr. Kanner is an old school practitioner. He is not only skilled in the internal medicine but in the adjacent fields as well, and he is not shy to share his valuable insights to help his patients. He is easily acceptable and nice and attentive in communications. In my case he provided input on my health state on several occasions and even prior and deeper than the so called specialists. I have been with Dr Kanner for over 12 years. I HAVE NEVER seen or experienced any of the treatment that you suggest. You must be talking about a different doctor’s office. They would never curse or try to rush you off the phone. There is never a true wait time. Dr Kanner’s office is the most professional and helpful of any fictitious offices thay I’ve been in and that’s quite a few.
My family and I have been with Dr Kanner for many years. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Only thing I would suggest is another way to pay my bill instead of coming to office.
Business response:
We offer several payment options, including cash, credit card, check, & pay at the window. Though patients are not asked to come to the office to pay a bill, they might do so voluntarily. We notify patients of any outstanding balance at the time of the office visit.
Ive had problems and needed a mri and his staff was unable to get ma an appointment anywhere I had to file a Medicare complaint against his office. He’s nonchalant about your problems.
Business response:
Doctors cannot demand immediate MRIs, insurance companies must first approve the referral. Then, availability at imaging centers must be found. Doctors no longer completely control the process.
Im 35 and Dr Kanner has been my doctor for my entire life. He’s known my mother since she was pregnant w me and found my father’s bladder cancer back in 1991 when no other doctor could. Yes, he’s been through a few rude staff members over the years, however, those individuals were quickly fired and his entire staff has been wonderful for many years now. I am dealing with all sorts of different pain.. and did not sleep well do to it.. found myself sitting up in a chair most of the night. Since The Doctor worked with me with the amount of the medication . I been sleeping all night in bed. I Am So Very Grateful For Mr Doctor Steven Lee Kanners Wonderful Care....
The best! Seriously, I don’t know how to begin this review. Dr. Kanner has been my Dr for over 30 years now. Even if he does not take my insurance I make sure I see him before going to a primary care that is on my insurance. I trust his judgment before anyone else’s. Dr. Kanner is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and has always taken excellent care of me. He doesn’t treat me as I am just another patient. He cares for each and everyone he sees. I have nothing but nice things to say about Dr. Kanner and highly recommend him.
Amazing and wonderful as always. I had to come back and say that the person who left a negative review is not being truthful. I have been going to this office for over 10 years now and I have never seen them being rude to anyone. Friendly caring staff. Dr. Kanner is warm and caring and takes his time with you. It's like going back in time to a place where people are treated like human beings instead of numbers. After he sees you in the examination room, Dr. Kanner takes you into his office to discuss your diagnosis and treatment. He listens to your input and answers any questions you might have.
