The staff here have consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty. They do things the right way, and it shows in the form of exemplary results. All the staff are friendly & helpful. The office always seems clean & organized. Dr. Hechler is kind and explains everything thoroughly. We have been very happy with the services at this practice.
My daughter just finished her treatment and got her braces off this week. Everyone in the office was outstanding. The ladies at the desk were always friendly and helpful and scheduling was easy. Dr. Hechler was always upfront and kind to us. I highly recommend this place.

Terrible experience. They charge you for diagnostic work that every other ortho in the metro includes as part of their complementary consultation. Their treatment philosophy is not conservative. I consulted 4 orthodontists - heckler was the only one telling me that my kid needs extremely drastic jaw surgery. Other orthodontist were shocked that this was a suggested treatment option. Beware.
