Steve is a very thorough and comprehensive dentist. His staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him!
I've been going to Dr. Brightwell for over 20 years. I've never had a bad experience. He always takes the time to listen to any issues I have and when I have had issues in between cleanings they are always really good about getting me in quickly.
Dr. Brightwell and staff have been excellent over the years. And even without dental insurance, their prices are great.
I've had my fair share of dentists throughout my life and Dr. Brightwell is by far the best. His practice is extremely professional and welcoming. His staff is very thorough in their work and each time I leave feeling pleased and completely satisfied with the service I've received. Even after moving to another suburb of Kansas City, I still am willing to make the 30 minute drive over to his office every six months.

Unlike other dentists I've seen, I trust Dr. Brightwell. He does everything that's needed and doesn't try to "sell" me on unnecessary procedures. I leave feeling I am being well cared for.
Dr. Brightwell and his team take great care of my dental needs. I moved about 25 minutes from the office a few years ago and I have chosen to keep making the drive as the care has been great.
Dr. Brightwell is quite simply the best dentist I have ever had. He fixed a chipped tooth problem that no one else seemed to be able to handle.
Excellent Dentist with a caring attitude and making dental visits pleasant. Really cares for the patient when performing procedures and explains all aspects of the procedure.
