With virtually no repoire I was comfortable enough to communicate my concerns with Dr. Berry. Even though I had to wait a little to see him, he has impeccable bedside manner and took the time to address everything I needed. Definitely appreciate and respect his approach to administering medicine.
Dr. Berry is very dependable, honest, and compassionate. His bedside manner is unlike any other doctor I have seen. His staff are dillegent and hardworking. There is often a wait of 15-30 mins, however, for the care I receive, I find it beyond worth it.
I have been seeing Dr. Berry for almost 7 years. When I first started seeing Dr. Berry he was a breath of fresh air, always honest I felt. However that has progressively gone down hill to the point of receiving a call weeks after an x-ray had been completed. A girl from the office called for Dr. Berry to tell me that the X-ray came back normal. I find that odd because I have seen the X-ray and the report and have had 3 different doctors opinions and the X-ray is far from normal!
Dr.Berry answers every question I have and never makes me feel rushed. Sometimes you may wait longer than 15 minutes but it’s only because he spends time with his patients and makes sure they understand what he’s saying and feel confident before you leave his office.
He is the best doctor I love him because he always listen to my concerns he takes the time to explain things etc. Etc. One more time I think he is excelente....
Loved having him deliver my last babe. My labor was so fast that it had to be natural and he calmly and confidently talked me through natural labor. Great doc!
Dr. Berry is an incredible doctor. Due to having several medical problems I am constantly needing a doctor to oversee everything--so having a good doctor is SO important to me. I trust him 100% and I know that he does all he can to help me and advocates for me to feel the best I can. He is very kind, personable, and makes a care plan with you. The office is very accommodating for scheduling. His PA Todd Seamons is wonderful as well. The girls in the front and MA's are always so kind!
I love Dr Berry! He is attentive and reassuring, and explains every step of everything he does. He puts you at ease. He has delivered my two babies. I really can't say enough good things about him. However, I can't give him 5 stars because his office is absolutely terrible. They take weeks to get back to you on test results and their scheduling is chaotic. I've stopped seeing him because of the office. It makes me sad. He's a great doctor.
Most poorly run office I've ever been to. I've sat in that waiting room for over an hour before, but have showed up 15 minutes late for an appointment (and called ahead to notify them) and been turned away. I've had to go periods of time without daily meds because of the mess at this office. The doctors act busy and uncaring, and the women at reception are almost always rude. Finding a new doctor!!
