If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in with hair to the middle of my back, asking for a cut to just below the collarbone. He completely ignored everything I said in our consultation, hacked off at least 10 inches without my consent, and I left with a scraggly, uneven, short pageboy that will take about 6 months to recover. I moved states so I had to find a new stylist within the area, I chose SteVen after reading many positive reviews praising his expertise on curly and textured hair.
