I am very impressed with Dr. Steven Shepard, OD's competence and professionalism.
I've been seeing Dr. Shepard for ten years now. He always does a great job, and each time I go in he is welcoming and kind. I never have to wait long, and the doctor always remembers me and what's been going on in my life, even when I haven't seen him for a year. It's a small thing but feeling like a person instead of a pair of eyeballs is really wonderful, and the doc does a great job with my prescription. I would recommend Dr. Shepard's practice to anyone looking for a great optometrist.
