This was my first visit. I was referred by another medical professional. While waiting for my appointment, the receptionist called out personal information across the waiting room to me. The nurse who took me back had never seen film X-rays and didn’t know they had equipment available to view them. The doctor was over 30 minutes late. He didn’t go over any of the information I’d given the nurse. He didn’t examine me. He said I needed an MRI and then I should come back to discuss it.
