Excellent, very knowledgeable doctor who tells you like it is with bedside manner.
Shoulder problem. Called , got appointment the same day at Tradition with Dr Jordan . Xray, diagnosis , fixed. I am a physician . This is top notch care, again , provided to me and family. This group is wonderful!!!
I knew I needed a knee replacement when I made my appointment with Dr. Jordan, but had not had a positive experience with other Ortho doctors. He was clear in his explanation of pre op and post op care, I felt positive to make the decision to have my knee replacement done. 12 weeks out I'm so glad I did. I never felt he was rushing off to the next patient.
Dr Jordan, listened and assessed and suggested a conservative approach as I may have multiple issues. Took plenty of time with me.
From check-in, X-rays, staff, and especially the time Dr Steven Jordan took with me to explain the surgical procedure, recovery and rehab - the entire process was efficient, professional and caring.
My 12 y.o daughter fractured her tibia rollerblading. Dr. Jordan was great. Very caring and informative. Made my daughter feel very comfortable. I highly, highly, recommend this doctor.

Dr. Jordan's office was efficient and I was seen at the time of my appointment. Dr. Jordan took his time to explain and answer all my questions during my appointment. I felt confident in his diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
