Dr. Heiland is a great guy!!
Dr. Heiland is very caring, listening, and compassionate towards his patients. He is even willing to stay after hours to assist patients in need. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Heiland. He listens to his patients and does what he can for them to improve their quality of life.
My family and I have been patient's for years. We have referred many friends and family. Dr. Heiland is a compassionate, caring and genuine physician. He and his staff take the time to provide the best care possible. They took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure our care is top notch.
Dr. Heiland?s methods did not improve the back pain I endured from a skiing accident. The primary reason I would not recommend his office is due to his office staff. His primary secretary is very rude. In a nutshell, Steve Heiland?s methods were unsuccessful and his front office staff person is insufferable.
His treatment was so rough I was sore for days. His methods are very outdated and he has no respect for his patients.
Thanks to Dr. Heiland for helping me get better.... fast! I am a chiropractor who "threw" his back out. Can you believe that!!??! And a stubborn one too. I went and saw Dr. Heiland after the pain became too, too much for me to handle... One adjustment to my mid-to-low back and that reset everything. Granted, I have been very sore the past few days (which is typical), but normalcy is returning to my life. Thank God! His staff is cordial and very caring. His office is very inviting...
