If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My family has known Dr. Fertig for many years, and we’ve trusted him with our vision care without hesitation. Usually have had a great experience at this office. I like the techs and Dr. Fertig is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. That being said, today was not a good experience. When I arrived for my 10:30 appointment, there were several walk-ins ahead of me. I signed in on their clipboard and sat down. All the walk-ins were seen ahead of me, so I didn’t get to go in to see Dr. Fertig until 11:47. I had the worst experience with their service. I arrived on time for my appointment and there was only one patient ahead of me. However, they brought a lady in before me, and I ended up waiting for 45 minutes. The patient before me was seen in just 10 minutes. Clearly, they don’t respect appointment times or their customers’ time. Definitely won’t be coming back.
