I give this company 0 stars but unfortunately I have to chose one to leave this review. I just had an appraisal done by this gentleman and he refused to use 2 comps that were in the same development sold within 1 month of his appraisal. He claims it was a fluke appraisal and refused to use them. So basically 2 flukes not just 1. They both sold for more than what he gave us an appraised value on our home. Both houses had less amenities than our home. I would not recommend using this company.
