No office communication. Heart monitor was never ordered. I ask staff 2x said I didn't need one. Weeks later I get a call from staff looking for return of monitor. Incomplete diagnosis, right branch bundle block completely missed. Prescribed 2 of the same class of meds by accident what would of happened if I hadn't questioned it?
