Dr. Horowitz carefully assessed my symptoms and gave me a targeted injection which relieved my discomfort almost immediately. I was impressed with his concern and his thoroughness.
I am very grateful to be able to have found such an amazing doctor. I came in for my initial visit in severe pain and i could barely walk and was in severe pain. Doctor Horowitz evaluated and treated me. The treatment has helped tremendously. I would say that i am 90% better.
