Great staff! Friendly,professional and always accommodating with appts! Beautiful clean office.Dr is very caring with her patients and always makes you feel so comfortable!!
I don't recommend this facility. I came here to have some bumps checked out. My appointment time was for 2:30pm. When the lady made my appointment, she made it seem like 2:30pm was the latest and that I needed to get there as soon as possible. She even tried to get me to leave work early to get there by 2:30. I showed up on time and wasn't seen on time. The lady at the front desk said she had to double check that my insurance was accepted (which i thought was weird since she had 3 days to check that). My last visit was 04/08/2026, with Dr. Arnold. I have been a patient at this office since 2013 and prior with Dr. Hodgkins. Continuin his heartfelt care, Dr. Strum and Dr. Arnold have been thorough and precise with my health. Jen, front desk, is always professional- so sweet and bubbly. The assistants as well, show great care in my patient experience. They work with my schedule and ensure my skin health is taken seriously and tended to. I would highly recommend this office, the physicians, and staff!
