I was assessed for a hernia. He then ordered tests which showed a hernia in my portal results. Upon returning for a follow-up and for what I assumed was a surgery scheduling, he told me I didn’t have one?! I don’t know why he lied, but I just had surgery last week to repair 2 hernias. Incompetence? Be forewarned.
Dr Hodgett did a robotic hernia repair on me. He was friendly and professional. He explained options and made his recommendation. He took the time to answer my questions. The staff in the office and the hospital were great. The operation was without complications. I would highly recommend Dr Hodgett.
Dr. Steve Hodgett is an Outstanding Surgeon and the Staff was Excellent every step of the way. From beginning to end nothing but the best in care before, during and after the total experience. I had a Lab Band in the past and I was completely unsatisfied with the results and how it made me feel. I went in to see Dr. Hodgett and from the first visit I felt comfortable, like he listened to me, and understood where I was coming from. I was approved for revision from band to sleeve and over the last few months I am down 42lbs. I highly recommend Dr. Hodgett and Baptist due to his professionalism, caring attitude, and bedside manner. I am living life now and not letting life pass me by.
