DR. RICARDO HANEL, saved my life at mayo clinic in 2011. He suggested two major brain surgeries. which he performed. He was very informative to my parents, and there whenever my parents had questions. I was then at babtist in 2023, and he took his own time off of work, to come into my room, to say hello!
Dr. Hanel saved my daughters life…she was life flighted to Baptist downtown after having a massive seizure with skull and facial fractures, brain bleeds, midline shift and no neurological response….she has had a miraculous recovery and it’s not over yet! All thanks to this man. I will forever be grateful to him and his team. Thank you Dr. Hanel for everything. You are absolutely amazing.
Dr. Hanel is a fantastic surgeon whose expertise and knowledge in neurosurgery is unmatched. I was suffering from a rare autoimmune disease, and a large brain aneurysm was found incidentally through a CT scan of my skull. When I met Dr. Hanel, he immediately put me at ease because of his caring attitude and professionalism. I was very blessed to be a candidate for a pipeline diversion procedure. Terrible doctor never responds after several appointments to tell us what is wrong with our daughter. Missed work on hopes that we will be seen in one of the appointments, false promises from his staff as well . Oh and no one tells you your appointment time is actually a block from time scheduled till 4 hours later, they cancel the appointment before the actual 4 hours and tell you another day you can waist your time and get your hopes up about getting answers for your daughters condition.
