Steve was a perfect real estate agent for me! He communicated everything very well up front and throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond in marketing the house from Facebook posts and videos to websites outside of Zillow and the typicals. He puts his own money into helping to sell the house! Working with Steve was fantastic. He had so much energy that he put toward selling my daughter and son-in-laws house. His professionalism was over the top. He had so many tools to help in marketing the property that it had 3 offers in 3 days and sold over asking price. Closing was a breeze. I would highly recommend Steve for any real estate needs., buying or selling.
