Nicest doctor/man. Very caring and knowledgeable. Doesn't just cut your nails dry and rough. And he is quite funny.
Dr. Gelsomino diagnosed my toe fungus correctly and confirmed it with a lab test after it was misdiagnosed. He’s very thorough, caring and takes time with his patients
The wait to see the doctor is ALWAYS ridiculously long. I'm not sure if the doctor thinks he's volunteering his services and therefore that kind of wait is to be expected but it's not free and he is not a volunteer and he should be able to keep to the schedule - if this was once or twice then anyone can understand but this is EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT. Dr Gelsimino is a excellent doctor. Caring, kind and so very pleasant he treated my Mother for years and now me.
Dr. Gelsomino has been my podiatrist for more years than I can remember. I am a diabetic who must take proper care of my feet. Dr. Gelsomino is attentive, professional and friendly. This is true of the professionals who work with him. His office is conveniently located in a medical building with ample parking. I can't imagine ever changing my podiatrist.
Dr. gelsomino is an excellent old fashioned doctor whom care and takes care of all of your needs and always takes extra time explaining what the issue is is. I highly recommend him.
