It was a pleasure working with Steven. He was very patient with us and even door knocked homes to find a property in our preferred neighborhoods. He seemed to have special insight into the neighborhoods but he said he used an app that uses AI to get him the neighborhood area statistics. When he would put an offer in he would let us listen to the conversations with the agents. On most occasions it seemed like the listing agent was practically rooting for our offer to get accepted.
